What to Eat to Lose Weight Fast

In our previous article on How Many Calories Should I Eat to Lose Weight Fast? we found that for an obese person, consuming only 1000 calories per day will usually result in weight loss of 5kg per month or more. For an overweight person rather than an obese one, they may prefer to consume 1200-1500 calories per day for a slower weight loss but more food each day.

In this article we’ll look at some example foods that you can eat that will help you to lose weight fast. Read on to see more.

A 1000 calorie diet can be broken up into roughly:

  • 150-200 calories for breakfast
  • 250-300 calories for lunch
  • 250-300 calories for dinner
  • 2 additional snacks of 100-150 calories, or 1 snack of 200-250 calories
  • Lots of calorie free water

You have to choose one from each category and up to 2 of the snacks.

Warning:

If you eat 50 chips instead of 7,
you will have eaten almost 1000 calories!

Read the article I mentioned earlier, then eat food similar like I have included in this article and you will lose weight fast. Include exercise 3 or more times per week and your weight loss will be even more exceptional.
